We inspire processes of change

Community intervention

We are an active part of IIFACe (International Institute for Facilitation and Change)

From IIFACe we define facilitation as the set of skills, techniques and tools to create the conditions that allow a satisfactory development of group and personal processes; both in the achievement of their objectives and realisation of their vision, as well as in the creation of a relational climate where trust and fluid, empathetic and honest communication are cultivated.

We accompany different processes to:

  • Promote a better understanding of the functioning of groups from the perspective of complexity and advise on how to make it more satisfactory.
  • Offer training applied to specific needs (strategic planning, participative models, effective meetings, conflict management, decision-making, etc.) and develop the necessary support materials.
  • Increase personal and group competencies, providing tools for organisation, communication, leadership and leadership.
  • Deepen the understanding of conflicts as an opportunity for transformation and evolution of groups.

We observe societies and ecosystems with an integrated and scientifically based gaze that allows us to understand the relationships that shape them.

From this perspective, we offer consultancy services to explore solutions to the challenges that people, organisations and territories are currently facing, and we accompany them in their transformation process.

We offer our work in:

  • Accompaniment for the improvement of governance and organisational processes and the design of new models.
  • Design of strategic processes that lead to a desired objective and result.
  • Design of documents, guides, manuals and support materials.
  • Design of strategic, operational, management and action plans.
  • Design of work methodologies for teams.

We participate and collaborate with research projects in eco-social issues together with universities and research centers.

Based on the team’s experience in the scientific and social academic field, we apply rigorous principles and methodologies that allow us to analyse the socio-environmental scenario in a broad and integrated manner.

From the academic perspective, we offer:

  • Documentary analysis on the issues in question.
  • Quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Design of methodologies for analysis and social participation.
  • We encourage collaboration between research teams and the co-design of projects.

We offer our own training courses, where we are passionate about creating meaningful and participatory learning spaces.

We also collaborate in educational programmes of other entities and design specific contents and methodologies for clients and collaborating entities. Sharing the knowledge generated after the experiences we learn from the different projects is one of the motivations that drives us to design these trainings and educational processes.

In the field of training, we offer:

  • Own training courses (you can consult them here).
  • Collaboration in training programmes of other entities.
  • Formal education in universities (we teach bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes).
  • Design of curricula and educational materials.
Community intervention

We understand community relations as a pillar of society and its relationship with the territory it inhabits.

We believe that strengthening community structures for the common good is one of the most powerful strategies for building resilience to the eco-social challenges facing our civilisation.

We generate work processes with local communities to create and strengthen links between the people who form part of them. In this process, we favour the empowerment of people by reinforcing qualities that help them to participate in their living spaces.

In our work with communities, we offer:

  • Building communities for sustainability (energy, food, housing, etc.).
  • Design and facilitation of practice-oriented learning communities.
  • Advising communities on improving relationships, strengthening cohesion and conflict transformation.
  • Working with the local community for empowerment, awareness raising and social articulation.
